Step 2 Valuation
1. Visit the Office
You are welcome to make an appointment to view any item you are interested in by contacting the Yongle Auction Office (or Saleroom). For further request and any appointment, call for 86 (0)10 - 5925 0855.
All appointment has been within the 10:00 – 18:00 at China national legal working days. Yongle Auction will arrange a specialist to review your submission. Before you visit our Office (or Saleroom), please check our AUCTION PREVIEW for the exhibitions, previews, duration and installing time (Normally 2-3 days before preview).
NB: Please consider providing information via mail or email first for large and big scale ceramics, paintings and calligraphy, furniture and other items.

NB: Please attach your name and the category of the auction in the subject line of the email, and attach clear photos of the collection and relevant introduction materials in the attachment. Please state in the email content what you need to consult and attach your usual contact information. Our company will reply as soon as possible after receiving the email. During the auction period, the reply may be delayed due to the busy auction business. We appreciate your understanding. If the expert’s initial review determines that the collection is suitable for auction, they will contact you further to inspect the physical collection.
3.Send by Post
Please send clear photos of the collection and relevant introduction materials, as well as any questions you need to consult, to our company by express delivery, registered mail or ordinary mail. Please leave your address and common contact information in the letter. If the expert’s initial review determines that the collection is suitable for auction, they will contact you further to inspect the physical collection.
NB: Please DO NOT send your object to our office directly without any approve.
Step 3 Auction Estimate (Item Visit), Consignment and Contract
Specialist will contact you for auction estimate. If the object possible to sale, specialist will give our valuation and sale options with Contract Form. While you signed the Auction Contract, the Auction LOT will be preserved by our company.
Step 4 Before the Auction
Our company screens the auction items and reports the items to be put up for auction to the Cultural Relics Bureau and other relevant national departments for review. The auction items confirmed to be put up for auction will be compiled into the auction catalogue and publicly displayed during the auction preview.
Step 5 After the Auction
Yongle Auction will follow the TERMS & CONDITIONS to pay commission to sellers, while an auction target has been sold.
An Unsold Charge will be applied while an object unsold. Seller should follow the TERMS & CONDITIONS and auction contract to pick up your object and pay the charge plus other conditional fees.
